- Quality and quantity of expertise as concerns advancement of Eurac Research materials for minority rights permanent exhibition; quality and quantity in team context for successful implementation of minority art contest 2026 and adjunct minority artist human rights actions; effective provision of expertise for the development of OHCHR’s global minority artists human rights defenders action 2024-2028; measurable contribution of successful implementation of minority artists contests; successful expert engagements (multiple) as concerns anti-discrimination law and intersectionality; successful convening of meetings of provisional Board of Equality for All Academic Action Alliance and launch of the permanent Alliance Board.

- Advanced degree in Law, Human Rights or similar field. At least 5 years of relevant work experience Ability with graphic design program, demonstrable track record of convening and consultation

- Fluency in English and French, knowledge of Spanish or another UN language is an advantage
