Cocoon Childcare is coming to Ballincollig! We are opening a state of the art, top of the range centre, and we need a passionate, ambitious leadership team to open our doors.

Whether you are an experienced Supervisor, an aspiring Assistant Manager, or a Curriculum Lead, we want to hear from you.
You must have:
- Qualifications: Minimum QQI Level 6 in Early Childhood Care & Education (Level 7/8 is a distinct advantage for senior roles).
- Knowledge: A deep understanding of Aistear, Síolta, and child-led emerging curriculums.
- The "Spark": A proactive, high-energy approach. You don't wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done.
- Leadership Potential: The ability to mentor colleagues, partner with parents, and keep the child at the heart of every decision.
