What You'll Be Working On

As a DC Administrator, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of our Distribution Centre. You'll be balancing frontline customer service with key administrative and logístical tasks to keep everything moving - from freight coordination and inventory support to home delivery bookings and clerical duties.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle customer service queries and home delivery coordination
  • Support daily DC operations including stock transfers, order waving, and inventory control
  • Assist with financial processes such as invoice handling and supplier coordination
  • Manage returns, documentation, and general admin support to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies

What Type of Person Will Succeed

  • Three years of relevant work experience in logistics or warehouse admin roles preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and planning ability
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables a plus)
