Working closely with engineers, product teams, and external vendors, you will manage incidents, coordinate changes, and support upgrades that keep our platforms resilient and future‑ready.
This is a hands‑on role where your technical judgement, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work across multiple teams will directly contribute to stable services and better outcomes for our customers.

- Key skills and experience we’re looking for:_
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to incident resolution
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, product owners, and external vendors
- Confidence documenting changes, supporting releases, and ensuring stable deployments
- A calm, methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues
- Bonus:_
- Experience supporting DocuShare, including permissions, document collections, workflows, or automations
- Familiarity with OpenText Exstream for document generation, templates, or output troubleshooting
- Exposure to DocuSign, including templates, integrations, user onboarding, or issue resolution
- Understanding of end‑to‑end document lifecycle workflows
- Experience diagnosing issues across APIs, integrations, or file transfers
- Interest in improving document‑related processes and reducing manual steps through automation
