Description
EasyMining are looking for a structured, serviceminded Administrator to support the new business unit Operations and Product Sales (OPS). In this role, you will join a company at the forefront of circular innovation, developing processes that recover valuable resources from waste.
About the Role
As Administrator in OPS you will play an important role in establishing well-functioning administration and ensuring smooth daytoday operations. You will work closely with the business unit management.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation management and archiving
- Meeting planning, preparing materials, and occasionally taking minutes
- Booking and preparing conferences, kickoffs, and internal activities
- Travel booking and travel planning
- Basic invoice handling
- Supporting employee onboarding and practical arrangements
- Office administration: reception, handling deliveries, ordering supplies, and supporting an upcoming office move
What We Are Looking For
- Completed uppersecondary education (university degree in economics or natural sciences is a plus)
- Experience in administration, procurement or booking is meriting
- Strong sense of service, flexibility, and ability to plan, organize, and prioritize independently
- Good IT skills and solid experience with MS Office and SharePoint is an advantage
- Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written); German is a plus
