Head Baker - Full Time
Location: Bondi, NSW
Salary: $70,000-$80,000 + super (depending on experience)
We’re looking for an experienced Head Baker to lead our bakery team in Bondi.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone passionate about quality baking, team leadership, and consistent production in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily bake production (bread, pastries & specialty items)
- Supervise, train, and support bakery staff
- Maintain product quality and consistency
- Manage stock, ordering, and minimise waste
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute ideas for new and seasonal products
About You
- Previous experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Passion for artisan baking
- Reliable and comfortable with early starts
- Able to thrive in a busy production environment
