Description
Responsibilities:
- Review architectural and construction plans for kitchen and laundry layouts
- Identify all required kitchen and laundry appliances shown on plans
- Verify appliance locations, clearances, and required dimensions
- Determine correct appliance sizes and specifications that will fit each space
- Create detailed appliance takeoff lists from plans
- Enter all appliance information accurately into a takeoff sheet / Excel spreadsheet
- Double-check measurements to prevent ordering errors
- Flag conflicts, missing information, or sizing issues and report them to sales or management
- Work closely with the sales team to support quoting and ordering
- Update takeoff sheets when revised plans are issued
- Maintain organized records of all plan reviews and takeoff
Pay: B/.900.00 - B/.1,200.00 per month
