The UK Talent Acquisition team are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to work across our LuxExperience brands (NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER, THE OUTNET). This is an extremely fast-paced full lifecycle acquisition role, which requires you to have the ability and passion in attracting and recruiting market leading talent. The team is on an exciting journey of evolution, which means we are looking for someone who is driven to deliver on value added initiatives and projects. You’ll naturally be positive and friendly and enjoy working in a fun & fast paced team.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Take full lifecycle ownership for attracting and hiring high quality talent into the business.
- Contribute to the interview process by conducting robust behaviour, competency and value-based interviews.
- Through your industry knowledge, create and communicate a clear, actionable sourcing strategy which considers the most appropriate, direct sourcing channels, to find the best talent.
- Engage with external talent to build long and short-term pipelines.
- Work closely with the team and wider business, supporting them with an impeccable level of service. You will set clear and realistic expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Proactively infer trends and value-added opportunities to improve the recruitment service.
- Own the integrity of your data and ensure it is 100% accurate and true.
- Facilitate and self-organise value added projects which will have a large impact on the evolution of the team and HR.
- Be a role model for positive behaviour, attitude and our values.
- Proactively initiate and deliver against long term projects.
- Keep one step ahead of recruitment industry innovations and trends.
- Refine and improve recruitment procedures and policies with the wider HR team.
- Be a protector and advocate for the Group brand and actively promote the employee value proposition for the Group in an extremely competitive ecommerce market.
The type of person we are looking for:
- Significant recruitment experience gained in ideally Global/ Digital/ E-com environments.
- Previous experience with Workday is highly desirable.
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced, high demand team and can deliver well under this environment.
- Experience of using behavioural psychometric tools is beneficial.
- Experience of coaching and training hiring managers.
- Strong project management skills.
- You will have proven experience of initiating and executing policies and procedures.
- Thorough understanding of relevant employment and recruitment legislation.
- Natural presenter skills and are comfortable facilitating workshops and meetings.
- A high level of articulacy with excellent written communication skills.
- Pro-active attitude and can show initiative with a positive and challenging style.
- Proven organisational skills with attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands and a good dose of common sense.
- Great sense of humour, empathy and conscientious work ethic.
