We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team.

Responsibilities
- Deliver professional hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the salon environment.
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and handling enquiries efficiently.
- Assist in store management tasks such as stock replenishment and maintaining organised workspaces.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
- NVQ level 3 required and 2 years experience in the industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services to maximise client satisfaction and sales.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of salon work.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£46,415.55 per year
