Conscious Retail ¦ Real Purpose
- Hours: Part time - 22.5 hours per week, worked as 3 out of 7 days to include rota'd share of weekend working (Saturday and Sunday)
- Location: Didcot
- Salary: £12.21 per hour (£12.71 per hour from April 2026)
- Closing date: 20th February 2026 at 12 noon

We’re on the lookout for a Sales Assistant with charm, confidence, and a great eye — someone who can turn a rail of clothes into a boutique moment and make every customer feel like a VIP.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming customers with warmth and professionalism
- Creating displays that catch the eye and tell a story
- Supporting donations with care and efficiency
- Working alongside a brilliant team of staff and volunteers

Helen & Douglas House is a registered hospice charity based in Oxford, providing palliative, respite, end-of-life and bereavement care to life-limited children and their families.
