Overview
9am to 5 pm - Paid Weekly every week - Self employed basis
This role would suit someone who is tired of going out quoting for jobs etc and wants a steady full time guaranteed income. Must have own van and tools. Working with an easy going team to maintain a portfolio of rental properties on a self employed basis.
Duties
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on rental properties
- Basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills, plus decorating and general repairs.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
Skills
- Basic knowledge and experience of the above trades
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and customer interaction
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality standards

Pay: £160.00-£180.00 per day

- carpentry / hanging doors etc (basic to mid level plus): 5 years (required)
- Basic plumbing: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Full driving licence and own van (required)
