Assessing and evaluating student progress, including assigning and grading homework and tests, providing feedback to students and parents, and making recommendations for improvement
Creating a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages students to participate and learn
Collaborating with other teachers, school administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective educational programs.
Must be able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner and be patient and empathetic when working with students who may be struggling.
