Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA/QC checks for piping drawings (GA drawings, Isometrics, P&IDs, Plot Plans, MTOs, etc.).
- Verify drawings as per project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Review and control QA documentation including checklists, quality plans, and procedures.
- Maintain document control and revision tracking.
- Implement and monitor quality processes in line with ISO standards.
- Support internal and external quality audits.
- Prepare audit reports and assist in closing NCRs.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company quality management systems and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of piping drawings and oil & gas engineering standards.
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Basic knowledge of codes such as ASME, ANSI, API (preferred).
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas or plant engineering projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
