About Us

Coffee Machine Warehouse is a fast-growing specialist in coffee machines, parts, and servicing across domestic and commercial environments. We service cafés, offices, and private homes across Melbourne and regional areas. Due to increasing service demand, we are looking for a reliable and experienced On-Road Coffee Machine Technician to join our field service team.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys working independently, travelling to different sites, solving problems on the spot, and dealing directly with customers.

*Key Responsibilities

On-Road Service & Repairs

  • Attend 4-5 service jobs per day across commercial sites and private homes
  • Diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of coffee machines (domestic & commercial)
  • Work with different machine brands, models, and parts
  • Carry out preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, and installations

Vehicle & Site Work

  • Drive a Coffee Machine Warehouse company van to job sites
  • Travel to metro and occasional long-distance sites
  • Perform heavy lifting, loading/unloading machines and equipment
  • Work independently on-site while maintaining company standards

Customer Interaction & Payments

  • Deal directly with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Explain faults, repairs, and costs clearly
  • Invoice customers on site and process payments via EFTPOS:

  • Represent Coffee Machine Warehouse professionally at all times

Administration & Reporting

  • Complete job notes, invoices, and service records accurately
  • Communicate with the office regarding parts, follow-up work, and job outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous coffee machine technician or mechanical/technical experience (essential)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working alone and managing daily job schedules
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
  • Confident dealing with customers and handling payments
  • Full Australian driver’s licence
  • Reliable, organised, and professional

Pay: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
