About the Role:
Sea World Resort is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Front Office Manager to lead by example and ensure optimum guest service standards are met.
The role supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing the Front Office, Concierge and Reservations, while also managing staffing levels and ensuring the smooth operation, security and monitoring of the Resort.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work within allocated budgets, managing labor hours and costs effectively.
  • Drive and oversee the Upsell Program to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the VIP Program, including liaising with VIP guests and conducting regular room inspections.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across reception, concierge, reservations, and switchboard.
  • Develop and implement effective guest complaint management procedures, maintaining accurate records of actions taken.
  • Lead and support the Front Office team, including daily briefings, coaching, and staff development.
  • Coordinate recruitment, inductions, and orientation to support team progression.

What You Bring:

  • Manager on Duty experience in a 4 star or higher category hotel.
  • Advanced CPR, First Aid & Advanced Resuscitation certificates are required.
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Statement of Attainment is required.
  • Competent with using Office software such as Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Experience in leading a team of people and maximizing performance.
  • Ability to manage budgets, rosters, departmental ordering
