Responsibilities:

Daily café operations
Staff supervision and rostering
Customer service and quality control
Stock ordering and basic admin

Requirements:

Café manager or supervisor experience
Good English communication skills
Reliable and responsible
Weekend availability
At least 3 years of specialty coffee experience

Pay based on experience (above Award)
