Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding sessions for new distributors.
Train on sales presentation, product benefits, and compensation plans.
Coach team leaders on recruitment and team-building strategies.
Create training materials (slides, videos, guides, scripts).
Organize workshops and motivational sessions.
Ensure all training aligns with company policies and legal guidelines.
Track training outcomes and performance feedback.
Support events, product launches, and recognition programs.
Requirements:
Experience in direct selling or sales training.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and influence diverse groups.
Travel to China whenever required for event and training support.
Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin is mandatory.

Energetic and confident trainer.
Good interpersonal and coaching style.
Comfortable with in-person training.
Pay: $5,200.00 - $6,000.00 per month
