We’re seeking an **Employment Law Specialist to join our team based in our Adelaide office to assist with providing advice on a wide range of employment and industrial relations matters.

About the Role

As our Employment Law Specialist, you’ll provide strategic legal advice in a dynamic workplace environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Employment Conditions: Reviewing pay rates, penalty rates, overtime, allowances, and minimum shift requirements.
  • Union Engagement: Negotiating with unions.
  • Fair Work Compliance: Ensuring adherence to the Fair Work Act, including protections against adverse action and unfair dismissal.

About You

  • A strong background in employment law
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Proven experience advising on Industrial Relations matters
  • Understanding of compliance with the Fair Work framework
  • Confidence in delivering clear, risk-aware legal guidance to internal stakeholders
