Concierge (staff)
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, or 1 year of experience as a Guest Relation Officer (GRO) in a hotel or luxury villa.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Warm, friendly, and approachable personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Good knowledge of local attractions, cultural sites, and nearby activities.
