Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer with strong expertise in designing and optimizing manufacturing systems. This role involves hands-on process development and continuous improvement in a wood-based resort manufacturing environment where high precision is essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering / Process Engineering
Preferably a Master’s degree (S2) in Industrial Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in:
- Production Systems
- Industrial Simulation & Systems
- Quality Engineering
- Ergonomics & Work System Design
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Highly detail-oriented, with strong accuracy and precision
Must be capable of working with millimeter-level tolerances in wood joinery
Preferred Industry Background (Bonus):
- Steel processing
- Wood processing / woodworking industry
Required Technical Skills:
- AutoCAD
- Semi-automation processes
- Production Planning & Inventory Control
- Facility Layout Design
- Manufacturing Process Optimization
Preferably from University’s Faculty of Industrial Technology specializing in process engineering.
