Project Description:

• Join the customer support team for one of the largest and most reputable banks in Germany!

You will assist private banking clients with their daily inquiries — including online banking access, card issues, account information, and general banking support.

Your responsabilities:

• Handle incoming calls from German-speaking banking customers:

• Support userswith online banking, account access, and card-related issues

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions during the first contact
• Use internal systems while following security and compliance procedures,log all interactions properly in the CRM system

Our expectations:

• Fluent German level (min C1 -C2):

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset and attention to detail

General Details:

• Start date: 09.03 or 06.04:

• Working hours:Monday-Friday: 08:00-23:00 / Saturday & Sunday: 09:00-23:00(rotating shifts with two days off per week)

• Employment type: Full-time, fixed-term contract (in accordance with Greek labor law)

• Hybrid work model (3 days home office / 2 days in the office):

Competetive Salary and remuneration system:

• €1,300 gross/month - base salary
