I’m working with a growing Irish insurance broker that is expanding its Commercial New Business team, and they’re looking for a motivated sales‑driven professional to join them. This role focuses on handling inbound enquiries, guiding prospects through the sales process, and helping convert qualified leads into new business. You’ll receive full training, ongoing support, and the chance to develop strong commercial insurance expertise within a team that’s scaling across key markets.
Location:Hybrid (Galway or Castlebar) - hybrid after 6 months.
The role:
- Managing and responding to inbound commercial insurance enquiries in a professional, timely manner
- Conducting initial fact‑finding conversations to understand client needs
- Maintaining a structured sales pipeline and following clear processes to maximise conversion
- Building relationships with decision‑makers and industry contacts
- Identifying cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts and coordinating internally
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition
Background:
APA or CIP qualification is required - is a must:

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
