Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage and monitor project progress against approved schedules and plans.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.

Coordinate daily activities with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers

Cost Control & Financial Management

  • Exercise strong control over project costs and expenditures.
  • Monitor and report costs against the approved Budget and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Track actual work completed against Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and BOQs.

Verify contractor invoices, progress claims, and variations before submission

Quality, Quantity & Compliance

  • Monitor quality, quantity, and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at all sites.

Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings

Stakeholder & Team Liaison

  • Act as a key liaison between top management, consultants, contractors, site staff, and finance teams.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across all project stakeholders
