Position Title: Application Engineer
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the sales team and clients.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain 3D printers, scanners, and related equipment.
- Prepare and present detailed technical documentation, proposals, and reports.
- Perform sample printing, testing, and optimization based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to develop customized solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in additive manufacturing.
- Support exhibitions, events, and marketing activities with live demonstrations and technical insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and 3D printing processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
