Description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about building products that are as functional as they are beautiful. You will be responsible for the entire design lifecycle, from conducting initial user research and creating wireframes to delivering high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes (low & high fidelity)
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile apps
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
- Translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI craft
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with design systems
- Front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic JS)
- Experience in SaaS or mobile-first products
