Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and recruiting executive and non-executive level positions
- Experience in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies
- Excellent MIS reporting skills
- Demonstrated experience in talent management and organizational development
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to drive initiatives and influence decisions driven by data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in KSA
- There is a preference to recruit a Saudi national
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
- Demonstrated experience in developing talent /workforce
- Successful track record in workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives
- A hands-on individual with the ability to communicate at all levels
Pay: From ﷼27,000.00 per month
