As a Volunteer Educator at Lamba, you will support the delivery of STEAM studios, workshops, field trips, and after-school programs. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful educational experiences while gaining practical exposure in a creative and collaborative learning environment.
Volunteers will work alongside Lamba’s educators to assist with session preparation, student engagement, and general program support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support educators in facilitating STEAM studios, workshops, field trips, and after-school sessions.
- Assist with preparing materials, presentations, and basic lesson resources as needed.
- Help supervise and engage students during activities to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
- Attend occasional orientation sessions or team meetings when required.
- Provide informal feedback to educators to help improve session flow and student experience.
- Follow Lamba’s guidelines and policies to maintain a professional and respectful environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Interest in education, STEAM, and working with children or youth.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
