Internship & Collaboration
What you will do:
- Support the team in handling music upload and release operations for artists on streaming platforms;
- Work directly with artists (especially indie/new artists) to collect full release materials: master files, metadata, artwork, and artist info;
- Assist in following up on licensing deals: explain terms, support contract signing, and ensure necessary paperwork is completed;
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely release of content;
- Help discover and onboard potential artists for music distribution;
- Maintain records of contracts, releases, and update internal databases.
What you will need:
- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized;
- Passionate about Vietnamese indie/under music and artist development;
- Experience working with artists or handling contracts is a plus.
