Hughenden Hotel is seeking a Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our small café team.
We are looking for an experienced, reliable and friendly part-time Barista / Café All-Rounder to work in our relaxed, quality-focused café in Woollahra. We service both hotel guests and local customers, with a steady morning trade (1-2kg of coffee daily).
What We Offer:

The Role:
- Preparing high-quality espresso coffee (dialling in, milk texturing and consistency are essential)
- Taking orders and operating POS
- Light food preparation and basic kitchen assistance
- Serving hotel guests and local customers
- Opening and closing the café
- General cleaning and maintaining presentation standards
- Being a proactive all-rounder, happy to assist wherever needed
About You:
- Confident, experienced barista with strong customer service and communication skills
- Capable of handling the morning rush independently
- Friendly, well-presented and professional
- Punctual and reliable (early starts are essential)
- Comfortable working within a small team
- Must have full Australian working rights (no cash payments)
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 - 42.0 per week
