About the Role:
Please note that this is a 9-month contract role with the possibility of an extension.
As a member of the Human Resources Team, you’ll:
- Utilise various channels and tools to identify and assess top talent across Technology, Trading and Middle Office functions
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand departmental functions and role requirements, and advise on recruitment strategies in order to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Develop and manage relationships with recruiting search firms, both contingency and retained
- Offer value-added recruitment services such as market trend analysis, salary benchmarkings, job description optimisation, and recruitment process enhancements
- Build recruitment dashboards for data and reporting
- Contribute to ad hoc HR activities as required
We’d love for you to have:
- At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition with an emphasis on technical recruitment
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, global fair employment acts and regulations
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills, with a flair for managing relationships
- Ability to deliver high-quality work whilst handling short timelines
- An understanding of the HFT industry, particularly its market dynamics, technology and trends a plus
