Job Summary

We are seeking vigilant, professional, and dependable Event Security Officers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment at events across a high profile location in Dublin. This role is a casual basis as events occur with our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor crowd behavior and respond to incidents in line with company procedures.
• Control access to event venues, checking credentials, tickets, or passes.
• Conduct searches of individuals and property when required.
• Patrol event premises to detect suspicious activity or potential safety issues.
• Respond to emergencies, including evacuations, medical incidents, and disturbances.
• Provide clear and calm communication with event attendees and staff.
• Liaise with local authorities and emergency services if necessary.
• Prepare incident and activity reports accurately and promptly.
• Always Represent Reconnaissance Group professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event or static security (preferred but not essential).

• Valid PSA (Private Security Authority) license - essential.:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and assertive in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible schedule - availability for evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts.

Desirable

• First Aid or CPR certification.
• Experience working at high-profile or corporate events.
• Knowledge of crowd control and emergency procedures.
