Our exciting client is a global brand, that distributes their high end products worldwide from Dublin.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative / Coordinator to join a fast-paced premium manufacturing retail distribution centre to cover a maternity leave for 5 months, possibly rolling. This role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency across all stock movements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and processing returns
- Checking quality and quantity of inbound deliveries
- Ensuring high pick accuracybefore dispatch
- Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Supporting stock accuracy through cycle counts:
- Following Good Distribution Practice, Health and safety, and security procedures
- Identifying process issues and supporting continuous improvement
- Enjoy working as part of a teamand enjoy owning your own daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Access to a car daily and hold a full Irish Drivers license.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4 years experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment
- Experience in a high-compliance or premium retail operation:
- WMS and RF scanning experience (advantageous)
- knowledge of SAP in warehouse setting
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexible, reliable, and customer-focused
- Open to working occasional weekends in peak season
- Essential to have a full drivers license and a car to get to work each morning for 7.00am. This is essential for the role, our client will provide free parking.
- Public transport does not service this location at 7am. Therefor a car is essential
