Description
The Store Manager is the cornerstone of the store, the point of reference for the company and the staff. As a store manager, you will manage the team and organization of the store in Stockholm in all its aspects.
We are looking for a profile with organizational skills, leadership skills, autonomy, and resolute problem-solving skills, to be able to coordinate the team and guide the point of sale towards business goals.
Your duties as Store Manager will be:
- Coordinate and supervise teamwork
- Mentoring and staff training following the Subdued guidelines
- Organize staff’s daily schedules and activities
- Inspect and replenish the assortment of goods
- Handle priorities and ensure compliance with all administrative and safety practices
- Managing cash flow operations and reporting required to verify the performance of the store
- Ensure store layout is in line with company policies
Request: Good knowledge of the English language, hourly flexibility, and full-time availability to work on shifts from Monday to Sunday. Experience of at least 6 months as Store Manager matured in the retail field preferably in the fashion sector, in fast paced contexts.
Preferibile: Living in the same area of the store
