Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Rigid Truck Driver to join our team. The role involves transporting chilled goods from our site in Finea to customers in Dublin and back, ensuring timely and safe delivery. Drivers must be comfortable driving in Dublin city.
3-5 days per week including Saturdays & Bank Holidays (on Rotation with other drivers)
Morning & Evening shifts
Requirements:
- Full, valid Category C driving licence
- Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous experience in rigid truck driving
- Ability to drive confidently in Dublin city centre
- Good communication skills and punctuality
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Load and unload goods safely and securely
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately
- Follow all health, safety, and road traffic regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and supply chain regarding delays or issues
