Key Responsibilities:

  • Be aware of daily requirements and complete workload in a timely manner.
  • No Key Report - Highlighting stolen keys / Putting issues on Fleet Sheet
  • Flat battery checks
  • Assigning Tyre jobs to Tyre Companies
  • Managing the on-street sheet - Assigning jobs to Angels / Regions / External suppliers etc
  • Checking communication groups to open / close cars / fuel cards etc.
  • Moving bookings for unavailable cars
  • Making sure fleet bookings are on for the appropriate time / extended if necessary.
  • Managing Clamps, paying clamps, assigning to Angels, re-charging customers, moving bookings, dealing with customer queries
  • Managing internal alerts to spot potential fuel card fraud
  • Assisting call centre with escalations
  • Managing spare keys / logbooks
  • Working in conjunction with the on street team to resolve issues remotely where possible reducing vehicle down-time.
  • Update manager on progress preparing weekly activity reports
  • Manage various administrative support functions for the GoCar team
  • Fuel Cards Management to include below
  • Keeping the Master File up to date
  • Cancelling stolen / lost cards
  • Getting new cards put into cards and updating them
  • Checking the transaction reports for anything suspicious
  • Checking the decline report for stolen cards
  • Keeping proper stock of cards
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
  • Ad hoc duties as directed by Management.

Your Skills:

  • Previous experience in the automotive/ operations/administration industry
  • Team player with excellent customer service, IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Good communications skills - both written and verbal
  • Full Clean driving licence
