CONTENT REVIEWER - PORTUGUESE | DUBLIN 3 | PERMANENT
We are looking for an experienced Content Reviewer with fluency in Portuguese and English to join our client's team in Dublin 3 on a permanent basis. This role is a fully office-based role, working 40 hours per week with flexibility across 8am to 7pm Monday to Sunday.
THE ROLE |
Working as part of the operations team, you will support the quality review of content across multi-channel workflows in line with policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES|
- Review and assess online content for policy compliance.
- Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content (including hate speech, violence, fraud, self-harm, adult content, child exploitation).
- Conduct ID and authenticity checks: Verify user accounts, documents and/or flagged activity.
- Handle escalations efficiently.
- Reporting & feedback: Track trends and flag new risks
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR|
- Previous 3 months minimum experience in content moderation
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in Portuguese and English
- Available to fully complete an 8-week induction training programme
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment checks which include:
- Full working rights to work in Ireland
- Obtain 5-year employment check
- Evidence of 2 years address history
- Criminal Record Check
- Credit Check
