Job Responsibilities DW Waiter / Waitress
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests
- Take food & beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards
- Ensure cleanliness and proper table setup before, during, and after service
- Maintain product knowledge of menu items and promotions
- Support team operation to ensure smooth service flow
DW Barback
- Assist Bartender in daily bar operations
- Prepare bar setup before service (glassware, garnish, ice, stock)
- Refill and organize bar inventory during service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar area and equipment
- Support beverage preparation and service efficiency
- Ensure bar closing cleaning and restocking completion
Requirements:
- Minimum High School / Hospitality background preferred
- Previous experience in restaurant/bar is an advantage
- Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork mindset
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Well-groomed with positive personality
- Available to work as Daily Worker (DW)
