We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with accurate inventory and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and label goods accurately for shipment
- Inventory Integrity: Conduct cycle counts, report discrepancies, and keep the warehouse organized
- Systems & Data: Update ERP in real-time, use Excel/Sheets to track inventory, and operate handheld scanners
Experience & Requirements:
Warehouse or distribution experience preferred but not required:
Proficient in Excel/Sheets; ERP experience a plus
Able to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 20kg:
Independent, proactive, and collaborative team player:
Strong communication skills to resolve discrepancies and support smooth operations
Salary: €30,000 per annum
Pension: Eligible after probation
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (1-hour lunch)
