Job Overview
This role combines client consultation, architectural planning, and design development, and will play an important part in transforming client ideas into buildable swimming pool designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the initial consultation meetings with potential clients.
- Review and analyze the client’s plans and property layout.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, and design expectations for their swimming pool.
- Provide professional design consultation, including recommendations for pool layout, features, and materials.
- Develop conceptual and preliminary pool designs based on client discussions.
- Prepare architectural drawings and layouts that can be used by the commercial team to prepare project quotations.
- After contract signing, act as the primary technical point of contact for the client during the design phase.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to refine and finalize the design.
- Ensure the final approved design is ready for handover to the execution department.
- Maintain clear documentation of design changes and client approvals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design (experience with outdoor or landscape projects is a plus).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural planning software.
- Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings and house plans.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate client ideas into practical design solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design and construction teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in pool design, landscape design, or residential outdoor planning.
- Knowledge of construction materials and finishing options.
- Basic understanding of structural and MEP coordination related to swimming pools.
- Strong presentation and sketching skills.
Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month
