Description
We are looking to hire Cleaners with a strong personality to oversee and manage daily cleaning operations of our labor camp building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of labor camp facilities including rooms, corridors, common areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing repairs, electrical fixes, painting touch-ups, and carpentry work.
- Enforce cleanliness standards and building rules within the labor camp.
- Report any major maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor or building management promptly.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
- Support the overall upkeep and orderly functioning of the labor camp.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cleaning roles preferred.
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry is a plus.
- Strong personality with ability to maintain discipline and follow building regulations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning and light maintenance tasks.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
