Location: Peterborough (at least 3 working days required in office)

As our new Planner, you’ll take ownership of the project plan, drive the project team to deliver to the plan and challenge any delay and deviation. You will be a key member of a wholly collaborative team and will use your experience, enthusiasm and skills to help the team drive efficiency and outperformance.
What you'll be doing
Key responsibilities:

  • Scope & Resource Planning to ensure project plans fully capture all deliverables and resource requirements.
  • Risk & Opportunity Management by identifying potential risks, monitoring critical paths, and driving mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • 4D Planning & Digital Rehearsals by creating advanced project animations to enhance construction planning and execution.
  • Effective Communication to ensure all stakeholders understand, support, and align with the project strategy.
  • Safety First Approach—embracing a mindset where "Nothing is so important that we cannot take the time to do it safely."

Who we're looking for
What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in civil engineering projects, ideally within the Water Industry.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and expertise in collaborative planning.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information across diverse audiences.
  • A solutions-focused mindset—adaptable, innovative, and committed to driving success.
