Job Summary:
This role requires strong leadership, deep HR expertise, and the ability to balance strategic direction with operational excellence across all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term organizational growth.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, advising on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and capability building.

Talent Management & Organizational Development:

  • Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management frameworks.
  • Drive organizational design and change management initiatives to support business transformation.

Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards:

  • Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks and business strategy.
  • Ensure pay equity, internal consistency, and effective rewards strategies.

Employee Relations & Culture:

  • Lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution processes.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture aligned with company values.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure efficient HR operations, policies, and systems (HRIS, payroll, reporting).
  • Maintain compliance with Saudi labor law and regulatory requirements.

Data & Analytics:

  • Monitor HR KPIs (turnover, engagement, retention, diversity metrics) and provide insights to leadership.
  • Use data-driven approaches to inform HR strategies and business decisions.

Required Qualifications - Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading multiple HR functions (TA, HR Ops, Comp & Ben, OD).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets.
  • Background in industrial, construction, or large-scale operations environments.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD).
  • Experience managing multi-site or regional HR operations.
