Description
Supervise and manage construction site activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve technical issues on site
- Manage materials, equipment, and site resources
- Liaise with project managers and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer (5-7 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Familiarity with site documentation and reporting
