Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor progress and measure the effectiveness of strategic projects.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and partnership evaluations where applicable.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or business development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading teams and driving business transformation initiatives.
