Role Overview
We are seeking a HSE Director to lead our safety and environmental operations in Mesaieed. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of HSE regulations, and the ability to drive a culture of safety across all levels of the organization. You will oversee HSE strategy, compliance, and performance, ensuring Ajzal Safety Solutions continues to set industry benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and mentor HSE teams, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety and environmental regulations.
- Oversee risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to align safety practices.
- Monitor HSE performance metrics and report to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety and sustainability.
- Represent Ajzal Safety Solutions in industry forums and regulatory discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of HSE experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO, OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing large-scale safety operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-risk industrial environment.

Pay: Up to QAR38,000.00 per month
