Responsibilities
- Develop and implement landscape design concepts, site plans, and master plans.
- Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and engineers to integrate landscapes into projects.
- Conduct site analysis, prepare detailed drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Select appropriate plant species, materials, and sustainable solutions.
- Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and documentation for construction.
- Monitor construction phases to ensure design intent is realized.
- Stay up to date with latest trends in sustainable landscape architecture and urban design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in landscape design, preferably in urban or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative landscape and urban design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable and native plant species is a plus.
