Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution across departments
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational processes
- Collaborate with leadership on business planning and growth initiatives
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization
- Oversee process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5-10+ years of experience in operations management or senior leadership roles
- Proven experience in managing teams and scaling business operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in IT, digital solutions, or consulting environments is an advantage
