Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements
- Manage cross-functional teams including content, IT, and support staff
- Monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational budgets
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and reduce costs
- Coordinate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Lead project execution and ensure timely delivery of services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in operations management or business operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or digital operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, ERP systems, or project management software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital publishing, media, or technology-driven environments
- Knowledge of ERP systems or digital transformation projects
- MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus
Pay: QAR18,000.00 - QAR28,000.00 per month
