About the Role
We are looking for a motivated HR & Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment, assist with employee onboarding, and support HR initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and recruitment metrics.
- Support HR initiatives like training programs, employee engagement activities, and performance reviews.
- Help with HR compliance and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and team-oriented approach.

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
