Surveying Director

Location: Hamad Town, Bahrain
Salary: BHD 3.300 per month
Vertice Topografia Integral is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveying Director to lead and manage all surveying operations. This role is responsible for overseeing land surveying projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage surveying projects from planning to completion
- Oversee land surveys, mapping, and geospatial data collection
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project stakeholders
- Manage surveying teams, equipment, and field operations
- Review and approve survey reports, maps, and technical documentation
- Implement new technologies and methodologies in surveying
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in surveying or geospatial leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and technologies (GPS, GIS, total stations)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification or licensure in surveying
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects
- Knowledge of GIS software and mapping technologies
- Familiarity with Bahrain’s land and surveying regulations
